48 Trainreads Challenge

It's another weekend where I'm due to spend 8 hours of the next 48 onna train. This post is shortly after 2pm Friday UK time and I'll make a check-in post around 2pm Sunday UK time.

To join in: set one or more realistic goals for reading over the next 48 hours, and see you on the other side.

I actually have the weekend off! I don't know what to do with this much time! Clean the kitchen.

I'll pick a random book from my tbr shelf and see how I do.

I used to read so much when I was doing regular train journeys... Hm. Goals:

  • Finish rereading Record of a Spaceborn Few
  • Finish reading The Sea is Not Made Of Water
  • Reread the second volume of Heartstopper
  • Make a start on either Exhalation or Witchmark

'Tis a long weekend, and if you hadn't posted a challenge, I was going to run a 'something borrowed' challenge. I have four brand new library books, two books borrowed from a co-worker, and two borrowed from Eldest. I'd like to finish at least two. I've started Grief Hole, which is going to be a little bits at a time book, and A Psalm for the Wild Built, which is both short and engrossing, so I'm about to go and sit on the verandah and see whether I finish it in one setting.
