Hi all. This weekend I've got four hours of train journeys in the next 24 hours, so it's time to see what I can get read in that time.

I'll make a check-in post here in roughly 24 hours (approx 1pm Saturday GMT) - set yourself realistic goals and have fun!

My goals

• read as much more of The Menopause Manifesto as I can fit in my brain
• carry on with She Who Became The Sun
• start dipping into the Althingi anthology

I put the three murder mysteries in the other post, and I've finished one (plus another book) and started the other two. Both of those have issues that mean I'll be dipping in and out of them, so my other reading goals for the weekend

• Finish They Called Us Enemy (graphic novel, George Takei)
• progress Year of the Fruitcake (Gillian Polack)
• progress whatever the other one I've been reading on the train is.

I've got four different books in various states of half-read, my goal is to finish any one of them - or at least read 100 pages of one of the longer ones.
