Finished book 0, and am about a quarter of the way into book 1! Not bad, considering I'm mostly reading on my lunch break. :D
pebblerocker: A worried orange dragon, holding an umbrella, gazes at the sky. (Default)

As with [personal profile] krait: finished book 0 (Seeds of Earth by Michael Cobley) and about quarter of the way into book 1 (Orphaned Worlds, the second book in Cobley's series). I found these books a little heavy going at first because there are SO many different cultures and types of alien and it was hard to remember which ones are allied with and fighting which other ones. Having spent a while in that world I'm finding it making a lot more sense and it's fun to have lots of different aliens to read about!
